I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Yuko and Goki’s engagement session at beautiful Beacon Hill Park in Victoria. From the moment we started, it was clear just how much love and joy these two share — it made every shot so natural and full of warmth.
The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, with golden light filtering through the trees and a bright blue sky along the waterfront. Yuko looked stunning in her elegant formal dress, while Goki looked effortlessly stylish in his jacket and slacks. Together, they created such a timeless and romantic look.
We explored a number of locations throughout the park — forest paths, open fields, and even the oceanfront cliffs … giving us a variety of stunning backdrops that truly captured their personalities and connection. One of my favorite moments was seeing them laugh together, completely at ease, reminding me why I love engagement sessions so much: they’re a celebration of love, joy, and the exciting journey ahead.
Yuko and Goki, thank you for letting me be part of such a special time in your lives. I can’t wait to see what’s ahead for you both as you take the next step in your journey together.
