I had the joy of photographing Gauge and Alex’s engagement session at the always-beautiful Cattle Point in Oak Bay. The weather was absolutely lovely, with soft sunshine and a calm ocean breeze — the perfect backdrop for capturing their love story.
Gauge and Alex were such a delight to shoot with. Their easy laughter and playful energy made the session so natural and fun. Gauge came prepared with two different looks — one casual and one more formal — which added variety and depth to the photos. Alex complemented him beautifully, and together they lit up every frame.
Their wedding is happening later this month, and I couldn’t be more excited to continue this journey with them. This engagement session was just a glimpse into the warmth, joy, and connection they’ll bring to their big day.
