Uninhabited Island Photo Shoot with Model Geneva – Behind the scenes on a Model Shoot in Victoria BC

June 26, 2017

Timothy West

Today’s photo shoot is a little different. Geneva is back for another shoot and this time we’re going to use the boat for what it was intended. Thank you to Geneva and her dancers strong muscles for helping me lift the boat onto the roof of my car and helping me put the boat in the water. I couldn’t have done it without you. But with the boat in the water in Oak Bay Marina we were able to cross the bay and arrive at Mary Todd Island. The island is an uninhabited space with beaches, rocks and drift wood logs. Geneva had some specific ideas of what she want to add to her portfolio and the island was just a location to help achieve this. Many thanks to Geneva for being brave enough to get into the cold water and again for helping lift the boat onto the roof. I think we were able to get some pretty awesome photos and do share your comments down below. It was a super sunny and hot day in Victoria and the breeze and water were a welcomed respite.

Camera Equipment Used
