Met up with Tristan for a photo shoot for his online social media presence and thoroughly enjoyed myself. 🙂 Tristan is also an avid photographer and after taking some natural light shots for him on our walk through Victoria he shared some example shots on Instagram. The first required a flash and black background and the second a tripod and a neutral density filter. The first shot was simple to do but not easy in a noon day soon but I think we managed to pull it off 🙂 The second shot was something I hadn’t tried before which is to slow the shutter down enough to blur pedestrians passing by but still keep the model (Tristan) exposed properly and in focus (so he couldn’t move). As I mentioned a bit of experimental photography but we tried and think we got a couple of interesting shots for his social media channels.
