I met up with Lindsay at my favourite coffee place for meetings (Discovery Coffee on Blanshard) and we discussed the photo shoot and what she was looking to add to her portfolio. She showed me some photos taken by her brother (which were lovely) and explained that she was looking for a soft look and so we discussed some locations and went for a walk. Lindsey even brought some fresh cut flowers to use as a prop for the shoot….fabulous idea. We took some warm up shots in a cool alley close to the coffee shop and then went to a cathedral grounds to get some more shots. We had one passerby and a some locals give us their thoughts on the shoot, which made her laugh…thankfully I captured some of those shots. We then rounded out the shoot with some neutral backgrounds and then a couple of photos leaning next to her car “daisy”. It was a lovely shoot and I’m so pleased with the photos we took.
