I was invited to be principal photographer for this year’s Sooke Car Show and I was delighted to accept! One of the organizers (Rich) was kind enough to reach out to me after seeing my work on Instagram some months ago. The show was fabulous and I was treated so well. Upon arrival the volunteers and leaders of the show looked after me, special parking and vouchers for food and even had a change room for the models. I was so pleased that a couple of models were able to come and join me and pose with some amazing cars. Josie came down with her parents all the way from Nanaimo and Janaya and her mom arrived from the Courtney Comox area. It must have been a very long day for both familes. I’m so impressed with their professionalism. They were prepared with multiple outfits and worked hard for the entire show. The organizers were super awesome ensuring that not only the models were fed but also their families too. Top marks!
